Size is the other limit. Every style comes in adult sizes S–6XL only. That fits coaches, parents, grandparents, college squads, adult teams and older athletes who already wear adult sizes. For a squad of little ones, use our shirts for the grown-ups in the stands.
Custom cheer shirts for moms, dads and families
Parent shirts are often the biggest part of a cheer order, and they are where the humor shows up. A few phrases that fit well under a gym name:
- Role lines: FLYER MOM, BASE DAD, BACK SPOT GRANDMA, TUMBLER'S BIGGEST FAN.
- Funny lines: "I Just Drive and Pay," "Hairspray and Hotel Rooms," "Powered by Coffee and Competition Weekends," "Cheer Dad: Holds Bags, Cries at Awards."
- Personal touch: the athlete's first name in a big script with "MY FLYER" underneath, so every parent's shirt is different.

With all-over sublimation, the whole shirt is your canvas, including sleeves and sides. Some directions that suit cheer:

Glitter, rhinestones and a bold alternative
Plenty of people search for custom cheer shirts with glitter, so here is a plain answer: we cannot add glitter, rhinestones, foil or metallic ink. Sublimation dyes color into the fabric, so the finish is smooth and flat with no shine or raised texture.
What you get in exchange is color everywhere. Instead of a small sparkly logo on the chest, you can print a full bow pattern, ombré from teal to black, or a bold chevron that wraps the whole shirt. High-contrast colors and big lettering stand out in an arena just as well.

Common questions
Can you make our cheer competition uniforms?
No. We do not make shells, skirts, bows or competition uniforms. We print the shirts around the uniform: spirit shirts, parent shirts, coach polos, practice tanks for adult-sized athletes and lightweight hoodies for cold arenas.
Can custom cheer shirts include glitter or rhinestones?
No. Sublimation puts color into the fabric, so there is no glitter, rhinestone, foil or metallic finish. Many teams choose a bold pattern and high-contrast lettering instead, which reads clearly from the stands. Your mockup shows the real flat finish before production.
Do the shirts come in sizes for young cheerleaders?
No. All styles come in adult sizes S–6XL only. They suit parents, coaches, college and adult squads, and older athletes who already wear adult sizes. For younger athletes, keep their team gear with a cheer supplier and dress the families in matching shirts.
Can each parent shirt show a different athlete's name?
Yes. List each shirt's athlete name, role line and size. Every shirt is printed individually in the same order, so the parent section matches while every back is personal, and the whole group still counts toward the quantity discount.
When should a cheer gym order shirts for competition season?
Order at least four weeks before your first competition to leave time for mockup edits, production and standard shipping. Parent lists tend to grow late, so set a firm cutoff and place any late additions as a second small order using the approved design.
