Order & Production Flow
Every Gearforcrew order is custom-made after you approve your design.
- Mockup: We email a digital mockup within 1–3 business days of your order. Production begins only after you approve it by email.
- Production: 2–5 business days after approval. All items are printed in the United States.
- Shipping: 7–12 business days via USPS or UPS within the continental United States. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order leaves our facility. You can also track your order any time on our Order Tracking page.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is custom-made for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing, preference, or change of mind. Please review our Size Chart before ordering.
If there is a printing defect or an error on our part, we’ll reprint or refund — no questions asked. Email cs@gearforcrew.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll resolve it within 1 business day.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email cs@gearforcrew.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right within 1 business day.
