Order & Production Flow
Every Gearforcrew order is custom-made to order.
- Mockup: If you asked for a mockup, we email one within 1–3 business days of your order and production begins only after you approve it by email. If you chose to skip the mockup at checkout, production begins right away using the details and files you sent.
- Production: 2–5 business days. All items are printed in the United States.
- Shipping: 7–12 business days via USPS or UPS within the continental United States. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order leaves our facility. You can also track your order any time on our Order Tracking page.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is custom-made for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing, preference, or change of mind. Please review our Size Chart before ordering.
If there is a printing defect or an error on our part, we’ll reprint or refund — no questions asked. Email cs@gearforcrew.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll resolve it within 1 business day.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email cs@gearforcrew.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right within 1 business day.
