2. Show us the design — upload a photo, a picture of your old shirt, or an AI mockup.
3. We recreate it — our designers rebuild the artwork and send you a free digital proof.

Got an AI design? We print it

Made a shirt idea in ChatGPT or another AI tool? Most AI images are not ready to print yet: the lettering often comes out misspelled and the file is too small to print sharply. Send us the image and we handle the AI shirt printing from there. We retype every word, rebuild the artwork at full print resolution and put your AI design on a shirt, front and back, then email you a mockup to approve.

A custom shirt from an AI mockup is ordered like any other design. Many printers charge $30–100 before they will print an AI-generated shirt design, often plus a setup fee. We charge nothing for either.

Recreate a shirt you already have

Want to recreate a shirt your crew has worn for years? Send a clear photo of the front and back — faded or cracked is fine. We can recreate a shirt from a photo alone and update anything that has changed, like a new phone number or service list. Please only send designs you own or have the right to use.

Ordered through the Shop app, Facebook, Instagram, or couldn't upload? No problem — email cs@gearforcrew.com with:

1. Your order number
2. Your logo file (PNG, JPG, PDF or AI). No logo? Send your business name and we'll set it up free.
3. Your photo, sketch or AI image if you haven't sent it yet
4. The text to print: business name, phone number, website and services

We email you a free mockup within 1–3 business days and start printing once you approve it.
