1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using gearforcrew.com (the “Site”) and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & Custom Orders

All apparel and signage sold on the Site are custom-made to order based on the artwork and details you provide. Production begins only after you approve your digital mockup by email. Once approved, orders enter production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

3. Artwork & Intellectual Property

By uploading a logo, image, or text, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe any third party’s trademark, copyright, or other rights. You agree to indemnify and hold Gearforcrew harmless from any claim arising out of artwork or content you supply.

All Site content — including our name, logo, text, graphics, and designs — is the property of Gearforcrew and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is charged at checkout through our secure payment providers. Any bulk or promotional discounts are applied automatically at checkout when their conditions are met. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping timelines, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gearforcrew disclaims all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Minor variations in color, placement, and measurement (up to 0.5–1″) are inherent to custom printing and are not considered defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gearforcrew is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Gearforcrew operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
