Production Timeline
Ask for a mockup and we email one within 1–3 business days, then start once you approve. Skip it and we go straight to production. Either way: 2–5 business days to print and quality-check, then 7–12 business days for shipping.
What We Need From You
The phone number to print, plus either your logo file or your business name — no logo yet is fine, we design one for you at no extra cost. Everything else is optional: services, website, license number, city, and a QR code linking to your booking page or reviews. If you do have a logo, a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS) or a transparent PNG prints sharpest at sign size.
No Response Policy (mockup orders)
We send a reminder at 7 days. If we still don't hear back within 14 days of sending your mockup, we may — at our discretion — either cancel and refund your order, or auto-approve and ship the design as sent. Please check your email and spam folder.
30-Day Guarantee
If the print is defective or the sign arrives damaged, email a photo to cs@gearforcrew.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship it free — no need to send anything back.
What's Not Covered
Because every sign is made to order with your details, we can't accept returns or refunds for change of mind, for an option you selected, or for a typo in the text. If you asked for a mockup, check it carefully before approving. If you skipped it, we print exactly what you sent — spelling and layout included.
