We print your logo as supplied, so there's no mockup approval step on this item and production starts as soon as you order. Printing and quality checks take 2–5 business days, then 7–12 business days for shipping.
Your Logo File
PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI or EPS. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) print sharpest at any size; a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI or higher also works well. Because we print the file as supplied, send the best version you have — low-resolution artwork prints soft.
If your file can't be printed properly, we'll email you before we start rather than print something that won't look right.
30-Day Guarantee
If the print is defective or the item arrives damaged, email a photo to cs@gearforcrew.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship it free — no need to send anything back.
What's Not Covered
Because every item is made to order with your logo, we can't accept returns or refunds for change of mind, for a size, color or option you selected, or for the logo file you supplied. Not sure? Order one piece first to check it.
